Medicare Coverage

We are in-network with Medicare, which means eligible patients can receive care with direct billing. We verify your Medicare benefits, confirm co-pays or deductibles, and guide you through coverage to make your visit simple and transparent.

Out-of-Network Commercial Insurance

If you have commercial insurance, your plan is considered out-of-network. Here’s how it works:

1. You pay upfront at your visit.

2. We provide receipts/ Superbills, so you can submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.

3. We may be able to verify benefits in advance, including co-pays, deductibles, visit limits, and coverage details, to give you a better understanding of your plan.

We also accept cash, credit, debit, and checks for easy payment. For credit card payments, a small convenience fee is applied.

For self pay option, the evaluation is $180 and Follow up visits are $150. Every visit is 1:1 with Physical Therapist ( no aides/assistants).Typically the evaluation visits are 60 minutes and follow up visits are 55 minutes.

Q: How do out-of-network claims work?
A: We give you all receipts. You submit the claim to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
